Our coaches help each client fashion their own brand of strengths to offer the job market. In standard outplacement, Branding is reserved for high level executives only.
ACCESSIBILITY TO COACHING Capable, accessible coaching is the most important element in helping clients succeed in the job market. Many standard outplacement firms have reduced their coaching staffs in order to cut cost. At times, their clients are self directed and have to wait at length for responses. E-solutions are substituted for coaching support. Our client ratio ranges from 5-20 clients per coach compared to 40-50 for standard outplacement. Our coaches maintain personal contact through all steps of our processes, providing expertise and support. Its the individual coaching that job hunters value as the most important aspect of the career transition process.
